Angel punch art.....come on Christmas isn't the only time to see angels!!

Hi all, I'm sure you all have at least one angel in your life! you know the person who is just there for you no matter what! the person who looks past all the crap you dish out and See's you for who you really are, even the person who gave you a smile today when you really needed it and you don't even know them. These are the angels that God brings into our lives to lift us and reflect his love to us! This was my inspiration for this cute little punch art angel today. We also have our daughter home from Uni for the next 6 weeks !! so happy to see her :) she will be doing 2 weeks of her first in school prac during this time. I got interrupted so many times doing this video our youngest daughter was outside my window pulling faces at me then the parcel guy turns up .......ahhhh! it was funny though.
So to make this cute angel you will need some Stampin up punches which you can order through me here!

1 Large Tag punch for the dress and sleeves. 3 extra if you are mounting on clouds.
2 one and 1/4' circle punch, one for the head and one for the hair.
3 scallop ovals, 2 for the wings and one for the skirt frill (optional).
1 of the smallest flowers cut in half from the Bo Ho blossoms punch for the hands.
an embossing stylus, some crystal effects and some glitter for detail on the wings.
card stock was apricot appeal, very vanilla and whisper white.
inks used for sponging were more mustard, so saffron, pretty in pink for the cheeks & bashful blue for the clouds.
Fine black marker for the eyes

in the below pic Ive shown the double punching for the hair and where to cut on the tag punch for the dress, don't throw out the scrap from this as it then becomes the sleeves! I love finding ways to used the bits that you cut off! :)

Glue all the pieces together starting at the hands. I embossed lines in the wings then added the crystal effects and glitter to finish. One thing i forgot to mention in the video was i sponged pretty in pink with a sponge dauber for the cheeks. I think she turned out pretty cute! and an idea that can be used for any time not just Christmas!........enjoy
Blessings to you

and a last thought

Don't forget to be kind to strangers,
for some who have done this
have entertained angels without
realizing it!
