Hi all, I was laying in bed the other night and this idea popped into my head, pillow box die slippers! and I love how they turned out ....everyone loves a favorite pair of slippers. These you could pop inside some money, a chocolate, gift card, or something small and the decorating ideas are endless! Ive made just a few.... Christmas slippers, Mothers & Fathers day slippers. You could make funny kids slippers, wedding slippers, new mum slippers, retirement slippers etc etc :) How you decorate them is only limited by your imagination!

Elf Shoe Box

Top note die Elf Shoes

Hi all just a quick post today showing you how i made those supper cute little elf shoes. This is not my original idea i have seen this a bit on other blogs, i thank Stanping with Jan where i first seen this done. You will need the top note die from stampin up or you may be able to use the labels eight set of nestabilites it would give you a slightly different shape though. punches are a 3/4" or 1" circle depending on how wide you want the legs to be and the large oval. Top Note Die Elf Shoes

making a simple box card

Hi all, Ive had another workshop since i posted last and thought id share some more chrissy cards with you all. Plus i wanted to show you this neat box card. i first seen the instructions on stampingvideos and she had done this in a more origami style, still a great idea if you want to use those designer papers so pop over and check out her original version of this idea. Here's a pic of it open. I put some tags inside made with the Delightful Decorations stamp set from Stampin up. cool hey! :) you can download my version of the pattern here
Please note there has been some confusion of the dimensions of this card. I used a regular A4 card from stampin up to make this I then trimmed only a small amount off the length to make the over all size 11"x 8-3/8" or 21cm x 27.9cm. please also note i have had to learn inches to give these projects to you. I you are nedding these mesurements in centimeters the overall card size is 29cmx21cm on the landscape score at 6 1/2cm , 10 1/2cm , 18 1/2cm and 22 1/2cm flip it to portrait and score at 4cm and 17cm to make the V shape in the center you will place marks at 14 1/2cm on the landscape on either side .

Christmas card workshops

Hi all sorry for not posting in a while i have been down at my parents place helping Mum while Dad has been in hospital. He had blood poisoning and they were concerned the streptococcus germ would attach itself to his pace maker wires. Fortunately it hasn't and he should be home today after a week in hospital.
A quick post today..... these are the cards I did for a workshop just before I went to Mums, the first one is a cute way of making a Christmas tree card but we added buttons on the front, the second is a fun set of elf shoes made with the top note die and some punches, the third is a side step card. The ladies had a great day and I'm book this Sunday for another class. any one in my local area who would like a fun few hours let me know.... enjoy :)
