Pop up Balloon card

Happy new year for 2010 ! may you discover new things about yourself this year that will make you a better person. And a very happy birthday to everyone in the month of January. Please note this is not my original idea it was first seen on the splitcoast stampers website i didn't see how the insert was done. so i came up with this folded one which worked well.

and a last thought

Take care to live in Me,
and let Me live in you. For a branch
can't produce fruit when severed from
the vine. Nor can you be fruitful apart from Me.
John 15:4

ps... some ideas other have sent to me through email... thanks Patty

  1. I think that is pretty cute too. I will be giving this a try tomorrow as it is my brothers birthday on the 7th. I don't get to try now as it is my friends birthday today and we are off for drinks. Thanks so much for sharing. P.S. Both my husband and daughter came in while I was watching your video and they asked if it was me...lol

Now I have the perfect excuse to go and get me a balloon punch. *grin*
Or maybe I should give it a try with flowers....

  6. Happy New Year from Montreal! And Happy Birthday to you, too!! Mine is on the 8th and I do appreciate the shout-out :)
What an adorable idea! I'd play with that card all day :-D.
I'm sure it could be made with flowers for a spring look (as I haven't a balloon punch) but I'll use the acetate from stamp sets for the strips. Re-purpose time!
Thanks for the great ideas and for sharing them. Glad I found you as I really enjoy our visits :-)
